Our Online DBT Skills Program helps you to create emotional balance.

  • Supportive community to ask questions, get feedback on homework, and connect with other members

Live Weekly DBT Skills Classes

Join us weekly for our live classes as we teach and explore DBT Skills. You will be able to interact, connect, and ask questions (or you can just watch and listen if you prefer).

Live classes take place on Wednesdays at 1pm EST and 7pm EST, and Fridays at 1pm EST. You pick the day that works best for you. If you aren’t able to make it, you can watch the replays, which are available to all subscribers!

Subscribers are sent a link every week before the presentation.
